A diet slows down aging

Scientists at Boston University have found out that a diet that contains the "choline" which is one of the vitamins of group "B" helps to
slow the aging human brain, and helps improve memory.

Scientists have noted that this vitamin exists in meat, eggs, chicken, sea fish, and beans, and concluded that those who eat large quantities of choline showed the best results in the memory test and were less vulnerable to changes in the brain associated with aging.

The researchers said that diet has an effect in the human body including the brain, and the proper diverse nutrition  are very important for middle-aged in particular.

Specialists advise men to take 550 mg of choline per day, this dose of 425 mg for women.

Hope you the best.
